Anatomy of a Quest
First you will need to tell me what’s troubling you- emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually?
Having heard your concerns and asking follow up questions, I’ll meditate on the issues and possibly consult with my mentors as needed to formulate the best location and exercise. Complete anonymity and confidentiality is assured and your permission will always be sought out before I share the details of your case with anyone else.
The quest may include a walk in the woods, a meditation by water, and in most cases, an energy healing.
